General information
Passports, visas, health:
A full ten year passport is required for the USA. Persons aged 16 and over cannot travel on their parent's passport. A citizen of the United Kingdom making a holiday or business visit of 90 days or less, travelling on a participating carrier, may enter the USA under the Visa Waiver programme. Currently no health certificates are required by British Passport holders, but clients should obtain copies of DHSS leaflets SA40 or SA41 from their travel agent or DHSS. Other nationalities should check visa and health requirements with their travel agent or the US Consulate. Citizens of the Irish Republic require a Visa to enter the USA. We cannot accept any responsibility for passengers with incorrect documentation and no refunds are possible.

Triple and quad accommodations:
Prices generally are based on sharing twin bedded accommodation, with the existing bed requirements, usually two double beds. Some hotels/apartments can provide an extra foldaway bed at an additional charge which will be paid locally. Any variation from this will be stated.
Security deposits:
Please note that a security deposit is payable by credit card, or in cash for some of the self-catering type accommodation, shown within this brochure. This deposit is to cover accidental damage etc., and is fully refundable normally within one month of departure .
Special requests:
Should you have any special requests, such as specific rooms, please ensure that details of these are passed on at the time of booking. Please note that while all requests are passed to the supplier, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
How we calculate your holiday price:
Our prices are based on exchange rates as quoted in "The World Value of Pound" in the Financial Times of 1st July 2002 - GB £1 = US $1.55
