Rates include personal concierge services and newspaper delivered to your room.A 9% service charge will be added to the room rate to cover gratuities for housekeepers, bellmen, valet, and pool attendants.Food and Beverage gratuities and golf gratuities are automatically added to your bill.Associates are not permitted to accept cash gratuities at any time.

Villas feature a fully-furnished living/dining room area with Queen-size sofa sleeper. Kitchens offer a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster.Silverware, dishes and cooking utensils are standard in each villa.DVD/CD players, iron and ironing board, and hairdryers are also standard.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, balcony, 27" TV, large oval bathtub and large private bath.Three-bedroom villas feature two additional bedrooms each with private bath; the second bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

Private Homes at Reunion are located in various neighborhoods around the extensive resort amenities and golf courses.

Each vacation residence is individually furnished and decorated to extremely high standards and offer the following as standard:

• Fully equipped gourmet kitchens with corian or granite countertops,top of the line fixtures and crown molding (most homes)
• At least one if not multiple spacious living areas with combined or separate dining areas each with minimum 25 TV and DVD/CD player opening onto a patio and/or private pool area(s)
• Private master suite with King-size bed and logo'd bath robes
• Additional bedrooms with either King, Queen or 2 twin bed TV's, blackout curtains and luggage rack in every bedroom
